Part of my shipment was damaged in transit. What do I do?Updated 2 years ago

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos that clearly show the damage in question, and once we confirm the damage occurred in transit, we’ll issue you a credit for the amount of the damage that you can use for your next wholesale order. Or you can pass the credit onto one of your customers. It’s totally up to you.
